Canada V7G 1L2 T: 604-924-1378 E: info@seymourartgallery.com JULY 10 TO AUGUST 13th, 2006 Gallery Hours 10-5pm daily PRESS PREVIEW: JULY 13, 2006 4-7 PM OPENING RECEPTION: JULY 25, 2006 7 TO 9 PM The Seymour Art Gallery presents a collaborative event featuring well known local artists James Picard, Tania Gleave, Natalia Vetrova, Jordan Roberts, and Steve Horvat. These five artists will collaborate in the gallery, creating a series of 15 large paintings over a two week period. The group has formed as a collective to share their individual views of creativity with each other as well as the public, who will have a remarkable opportunity to witness the creative process from start to finish. During the two week working phase of the project, there will numerous appearances by local acclaimed musicians and poets who will also have the chance to work together creating collaborative pieces that will be recorded for public release. The completed paintings will be exhibited from July 25th to August 13th.
